When you work for The Monty Bojangles Co, these are the sort of fun facts that come up at a team conference. After all, a conference about chocolate is hardly going to be dull. And our Monty-Con 2024 was a roaring success!
Our annual company conference was both a celebration of our 2024 achievements as well as a sneak-peak into our exciting 2025 plans. It was reflective, insightful, and motivational with each team leader providing a brilliant deep-dive into their sector of the business. The day was also a great opportunity to spend quality time together as a team, catching up post-Christmas.
We might say this every year, but truly, 2025 has some spectacular plans to come. We look forward to seeing you along the way!
